Our Mission
At Richmond Gardens Ratepayers and Residents Association, our mission is simple: “To encourage a community that supports and nurtures the well being in Richmond Gardens”.
We are a non-profit group of volunteer residents with no political ties
- We will identify issues/concerns affecting residents of our community
- Our Board will represent the best interests of all residents within the community
- We will call upon our elected political leaders at all levels to take action which will improve the quality of life in our neighborhood
- Try to ensure that a reasonable process is followed for municipal decision- making impacting our community.
- Participate feedback to the municipality and ask questions on behalf of any Richmond Gardens resident.
- Keep residents and members informed of local community issues and events through this website , email bulletins and through periodic Canada Post mail- outs.
- Look to other municipalities with similar challenges for possible solutions and benchmarking.
- Attempt to engage all Richmond Gardens ratepayers by raising awareness of the challenges and allowing everyone to have an informed opinion
