Why become a member?
Most property owners are under the incorrect impression that being a ratepayer means that you automatically are a member of the local ratepayers association.
This is NOT the case and we urge every ratepayer with property in Richmond Gardens to join the Richmond Gardens Ratepayers and Residents Association.
There is no other organization that can help protect the area in which your biggest investment is located from both developers and poor Council policy.
