Richview Plaza Square redevelopment along Eglington Ave West - Wincott Drive will be approved soon ....!

Now is the time to reach out to YORK ETOBICOKE councillors ahead of the May 17, 2021 community council meeting.

Due to a geo-spatial software problem, some owners of lands did not receive the required Notice of a Public Meeting for this matter. The item will be withdrawn from the agenda and placed on the May 17, 2021 agenda.
Public speakers will not be heard on April 19, but may speak on May 17 when the Public Meeting is held.

Residents of Richmond Gardens are urged to continue emailing and/or sending letters to your local York-Etobicoke councillors ahead of the May 17th Community Council meeting expressing your concerns with the current Richview Square Redevelopment.

Residents are strongly encouraged to submit their comments and concerns in writing to Members and the Secretariat of Etobicoke-York Community Council. Your written submission should be prepared as soon as possible. It can then be revised, if needed, and submitted as soon as the Richview redevelopment appears as an agenda item. (We will send out notification to the RGRRA mailing list -- make sure you are on the list.)

Residents who submit written comments are strongly encouraged to speak at the Community Council meeting. Deputations will likely be limited to 3 minutes, so you should prepare and practice your message in advance.

The RGRRA encourages all interested residents to make their concerns known to Council. Ideally, we will have hundreds of submissions, including submissions from multiple people in each household. Directions for how to submit comments and request to speak are below. Please include copies of your submission to all Members (see below) and to the RGRRA at director@richmondgardensrra.ca.
